The pace appears to be picking up with Beyonce‘s latest project. Currently on hiatus from performing, the 28 year old is set to hit the studio tonight with Ne-Yoaccording to the man himself.

Many will remember the pair’s last collaboration, 2006’s ‘Irreplaceable’ and the countless headlines it generated, Indeed Ne-Yo’s very public dispute of  Beyonce ‘s claim to have “written” the song, remains a talking point among many. Evidently, any ill-feeling appears to have been left in the past.

Thus far details surrounding the superstar’s new album have remained closely guarded. Although, Beyonce, herself, announced that the hotly anticipated follow-up to her ‘I Am…Sasha Fierce’ LP is due to hit stores before the year’s end…

Lifted from the International version of Ciara’s ill-fated ‘Fantasy Ride’, this week’s classic From The Vault clip is 2008’s ‘Go Girl’. A sassy pro-female anthem, the song’s accompanying video demanded an equally hard-hitting video – which Ciara and director Melina delivered with ten-fold.

Criminally underrated, the video stands as one of the R&B stars best (despite ironically performing worst). From its futuristic Robo-diva nod, to the ironic spin on the female in the workplace, to the killer choreography, it boasts all the features of an engaging, entertaining and, above all, cracking video! Ciara, we salute you…

With the release of Rihanna‘s new single and album drawing ever nearer, the talent-challenged model has “taken over” her Twitter account (which was previously managed by her label), so as to draw nearer to her fans. That or to promote the forthcoming project (see: suspect timing).

In any case, peep her new longer do’, which she unveiled in her lastest Tweet, saying:

“New hair….new curling iron BURN……damn 5head always in the way…lol”

Good to see that Ms. Fenty can poke fun at herself. I wonder if she does the same after watching her performances?
