Ed Sheeran has triumphed in the long-running copyright lawsuit filed against him over his smash hit single ‘Shape of You.’
As reported, the Pop hitmaker and collaborators Johnny McDaid and Steve Mac were sued by Sami Chokri who claimed that the collective plagiarized his song ‘Oh Why.’
However, a UK High Court disagreed and ruled today (April 6) that the work had not infringed in any way.
