Fantasia Live Performance of ‘Im Here’
As some of you already know, American Idol winner Fantasia is currently starring in Oprah Winfrey’s Broadway production of ‘The Colour Purple’. Fantasia plays the leading role of Celie and the reviews, so far, have been great. Check out the MP3 of her singing the show’s main song ‘I’m Here’ live on stage. It’s the same song she performed on Oprah last month that had Fantasia, herself, and the audience in tears. She did even better this time. Flawless. The audience went crazy for her too {listen at 4.31 – “Sing it Fantasia” LOL}.

Man this young woman can sing. She sung this song like her last breath depended on it. Love it. By the way I just purchased her CD it is really good. I was surprised…Ya’ll need to get it if you don’t have it. The ballads are fiyah!!!

She is amazing. Her new single ” When I See You” is also amazing. I know she is doing her thang on broadway too.

I just got back from NYC and saw Fantasia in The Color Purple. It brought me to tears again! I saw her perform it on Oprah and made it a point to go see her in person. The audience was on their feet during that song and see got the loudest standing ovation when she came out at the end of the play. Fantastia was FANTASTIC!
