Far removed from the uptempo, party vibe of her releases to date, the song and the video depict the daily struggles of growing up in ‘the hood’. Great song and vid. Lil’ Mama’s debut album ‘VYP: The Voice Of The Young People’ is in stores now.

man see i love lil mama and people be hatin on her sooo tough,she came out wit a song that talks about what a teenager should be talking about and shes been ridiculed for it every since…that girl can flow and she is sooo positive ite ridiculous…..and then people will say “im sorry lil mama is not cute” well im sorry but thats the way god made her and furthermore she should be judged by her talent not her looks…too bad that’ll never happen
this video is really good and the song is good especially for someone her age…..and imma pick up dat album soon.

i love this song lil mama has so much talent definitely my favorite song by her. the whole cd is great so make sure u go cop asap! ive been a lil mama fan since day one and shes my fav female rapper and always will be. all the haters need to fall back cuz lil mama is the future.
