Amazon UK are giving folks the chance preview Amerie’s ‘In Love & War’ in its entirety. I’m really liking the sound of it, which makes the fact none of the singles are popping off (and the terrible promotion) that much harder to swallow. In any case…

    All because she not selling her soul for success, that’s it. And DefJam not focusing on her, but rather Rihanna *smh*. The talented ones always getting the short end of the stick, and the gimmicks get it all *sighs*. I’m sure the preview matters thou, because so did the Pre-lude. But, I didn’t bring my earphones here at school, so I can’t hear it.

    AYYYEEE OK AMERIE!! ITS HOT AND DIFFERENT FROM THE OTHER ALBUMS, I like!! cant wait 2 buy this and hear it in its entirety…ugh i wish this was being promoted wayyyy better!! i hope this cd does well! smh! Gotta Love Amerie

    She is not hot property with scandal surrounding Rhianna rite now people will focus more on her because the press glorifies negativty and to them an artist like Amerie is boring because she has nothing popping off as far as bad press. So don”t expect too much from this project even if it is good. I truly wish her all the best though.

    She should have signed with Interscope…Rhianna’s promotion video is getting more views than her two videos combined.

    It’s crazy, but if you listen to track 7 called ‘More Than Love’ on her album. It has the same exact beat of a song I wrote and sang in 2006!! The producer who made it is called Hi-Fly from finland. It’s kind of shocking but cool!!! You can check out the video of me singing to the same beat on my page from 2006!!
