Peep this brief preview of the video for Shakira’s Lil’ Wayne-assisted single ‘Give It Up To Me’. While I’ll reserve judgement until seeing the video in its entirety, it’s quite refreshing to the 32 year old (bet you didn’t know that LOL) engage in choreography in the traditional sense. Clip looks real cool.

I like Shakira more when she dances by herself, but I’ll also hold out until the video premiers.

I love Shakira and I’m kind of looking forward to this but am still wondering why her “Did It Again” video didn’t get dropped in the US.. The video is insane and much more in line with what Shakira normally drops. I really hope she doesn’t succumb to the mainstream pressures because her success has always been consistent because of her music being different. I have her album, good stuff. Hope it doesn’t get too Americanized…

I have faith that the video will capture some of the energy of the record (love the song) but that performance on Letterman was horrid…..we’ll see.

Refreshing? As much as I’m ambivalent about Shakira, she’s been hitting the ‘ography for a minute. I guess you missed the video for “Did It Again.”

I’m sorry, I watched that clip again. Those are some tired-ass and uninspired steps. I don’t need to reserve judgment. I saw her do this mess on Saturday Night Live here is the US. Hideous.
