Jennifer Lopez visited ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ today. The music mogul performed her new song ‘Louboutins’ which marks the first time that Lopez has performed the track live since the American Music Awards where she notoriously fell during her choreography. The song will be featured on her upcoming studio album ‘Love’? which is slated for release in the first quarter of 2010.
Minus the blatant lip-syncing throughout the entire set, this was a very good performance. The dancing was tight (minus her uninspired dance solo) and I was completely engrossed (although partially because I was wondering if she was going to fall again). I must admit that this song is growing on me but not enough to get me excited for the album. Hopefully her next single will be far more impressive. awh she is adorable and the song is growing on me! She can seriously still dance her ass off.
And that solo was not uninspired, she did this chin-up thing and just stood there like she was the shit… because she just is.

Because you can’t hear her vocals obviously…she was lip-syncing, which was pointed out…
J-lo may be lip-syncing, but she is obviously working hard to put on a show, so it is somewhat forgiveable. Rihanna is forced to sing most of the time because if she were to lip sync she KNOWS she would not get away with it considering she can’t dance …

You all heard her when she asked Ellen to join her; if that’s how she sounded just from saying a few words, WHY would you want to hear her sing it live? For the type of song it is, and the type of artist Jennifer is, I would much rather be entertained by the performance she gave then having her stand there to focus on vocals and perform some little routine where she throws an arm and leg out every 10 seconds.

Even though Jennifer isn’t the most musically competent – but then it’s not like she acts like she is, by miming huge auto-tuned ballads – she actually does have a stronger voice than Rihanna. For starters, I have heard J.Lo sing in key.
Also please don’t use God’s name in vain; how can you imply that God’s judging somebody, after you judge another human being?

JLo’s not a great singer but shes never claimed she was. Ive always put her in the same category as Janet, Britney, Ciara, and Madonna. Their entertainers!!! The problem with RIHANNA is that she is neither a Great singer or a good dancer so people don’t know how to feel about her “Talent”. Anyway I loved the performance very entertaining.

I understand her doing the same routine as she did during the AMAs, but the same tired outfit too? Why must people lip-sync? They should make that shit illegal and the only time they can do it is on their own tour. Watching someone NOT sing is so whack.
