The feud between Rap stars Lil’ Kim and Nicki Minaj shows no sign of subsiding any time soon. Unsurprisingly, the latest set of blows between the femcees comes on the back of the release of Kim’s mixtape ‘Black Friday’ this week.

Taking to Twitter to celebrate ‘Black Friday’s alleged record-breaking sales, Kim wrote:
“Thanks to you guys!! #lilkimblackfridaymixtape sold 113,000 copies in 28 hours which made me the #1 seller on paypal ever =) !!! THANK U!”
Yet, with no official body to verify the 35 year old’s claims, skepticism defined many’s response to her jubilation – none more so than Nicki Minaj – who, from the cover to the content, was clearly the ‘Lighters Up’ rapper’s target.
Indeed writing shortly after, Minaj said:
“Bwaahhhhahhahahahahahahhahahhhaaahhhhhaaahahahahhhaha!!!!!!!! *lifeless* *leaves on stretcher* *cant go on*” going on to retweet a fan who wrote, “The devil is a liar.”
Expectedly, Kim responded, stating:

Lil Kim was the first female rap artist to go all out the way she did. That’s the truth. She paved the way for Nicki Minaj and she’s irritated by the fact that, until a big fuss was made about the situation, not once did Nicki Minaj ever mention being a fan of hers. She has done so many things that Kim, her outfits, her hair styles, and even some facial expressions taken in photos, many are the same as Kim’s have been throughout the years. But yet, in earlier interviews, when asked who she looked up to she made a point NOT to say Lil Kim’s name. Nicki Minaj started this crap with her and Lil Kim feels like she needs to retaliate.
As far as music goes, I prefer Lil Kim’s lyrics and will openly admit that I like Nicki Minaj’s style. I don’t know them personally (obviously), but as an outsider looking in, Lil Kim is stronger. She’s got years on Minaj and much more experience. Everything Kim shows people is part of who she really is, Nicki Minaj seems like nothing more then an act and even in interviews refuses to answer questions straight forward. Either way, in my opinion (which is exactly what this is so you idiot f**** should stop acting like what you state is fact) Lil Kim’s got Nicki beat at the moment.
