It’s been a while since the general public has heard material from ‘Ride It’ entertainer Jay Sean , so fans of the Punjab performer will be pleased to learn that next week sees the release of his brand spanking new mixtape titled ‘The Mistress‘.
With collaborations from the likes of Lupe Fiasco, Tyga and his boss Bird Man, today saw the surfacing of the mixtape’s title track of the same name.

The song is pretty awful.I have nothing against him, but it kind of bugs me how he used pop to get a better career and now he’s using r’n’b’ to get that career back.The album would have been mostly pop and he was trying to become a pop artist, so it seems kind of weird that he is releasing an r’n’b mixtape (with THAT title)

Jay Sean was a great artisit before Cash Money. He’s music is pretty cheesey now. The album with “Down” had some good songs on it, but the stuff released afterwards was horrible. 2012, Hit the Lights, and Like This Like That are all very generic radio pop. I actually have been listening to Jay Sean since his first album, before he was signed to an American record label. He used to be an RnB/Pop singer now its mostly crap.
I love Jay Sean.Been waiting on a new single.
