As reported here, Roc Nation newcomer J. Cole was fortunate enough to have his latest single from ‘Cole World: The Sideline Story’, his 2011 Gold-selling/critically acclaimed debut LP, assisted by none other than legendary femcee Missy Elliott. As word has it, the ‘Work It’ rapstress is looking bring forth her full album ‘Block Party’ this June, but preceded it ‘Nobody’s Perfect’ with Cole.
Together in this Colin Tilley crafted visual, Elliott is back to remind lessers why she once reigned supreme on the femcee front. Do she and Cole make the perfect fit for the perfect hit?

I’m glad to see Missy back and she’s rocking that short hair again. The song is hot.
The video was a okay I feel it could of been better. The room concept is kind of played out to me it as been done in Adele’s – Rolling in the deep and Common’s – Sky and moving from colour to black and white to me it should of been either or not both.

Colin Tilley did a good job for a video on a budget. I wasn’t expecting anything special so I’m good. I just wanted to see Misdemeanor lol
J. Cole is gaining more confidence but there’s still room for improvement. I had quite a ‘moment’ at 1:19 . He ACTUALLY looks 100 times more interesting with glasses on.

errbody know’s that Missy Elliott is the reason this song is even being posted. J.Cole ain’t bad, this song has a nice beat to it but not until Missy comes in does it get better
and had me snapping my fingers and bobbin my head. Missy is pure talent ! Love how Grape Juice posted her pic and not his lol… proves my point.
I was gonna click good song but not single material till I got the the last minute when Missy kicked in and now it’s already on my playlist. MISSY sooo excited for your new record.
