As earlier reported, Roc star Rita Ora performed a specially-assembled showcase at the Cartier Juste un Clou in New York last night.
And as well as thrilling with her own gems, the 22 year old Londoner also offered up a tribute to the group she told That Grape Juice influenced her immeasurably - Destiny’s Child.
Interestingly, the addition of the song to her set fell on the night DC staple Beyonce was watching from the audience with husband and Ora’s mentor Jay-Z.

She nailed it, proving once again that any comparisons to her Roc “sister” RiRi are merely superficial. For, Ora can actually sing, boasting a voice with rasp and character. Great performance.
Tidbit: Rit’s clearly been watching ‘The Beyonce Experience’ given the adlibs and vocal stylings of the song. That said, it wouldn’t surprise if Beyonce herself had a hand in the performance, as the band had the exact same arrangement as Bey.
