Check out Bruno Mars!

The Soul-Pop titan blazes the pages of Rolling Stone‘s December 2016 issue.

Bringing heat to the cold Fall months, the 30-year-old is gearing up to drop his third studio album ’24k Magic’ on November 18th.

Needless to say, the cover feature is quite the coup.

Folk will be seeing a whole lot of Mr Mars in the run-up to the release of his LP and after; indeed he’ll be rocking the EMAs this week, kicking off the AMAs on Nov. 20th, and performing at the 2016 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in Paris.

In an era that has seen so many acts shun the promo trail, it’s great to see Bruno embrace it in a big way.

In 2009, Nicki Minaj released a demo she had penned for a then-‘Rated R’ Rihanna named ‘Saxon.’

Alas, the number didn’t make the cut and was re-written to build ‘Talk That Talk‘s ‘Red Lipstick.’

This year, Azealia Banks follows in Minaj’s footsteps by unveiling a song she wrote and submitted to the ‘Pose’ purveyor after she was removed from her latest set ‘ANTI.’

Its name? ‘La Dominara‘, which means dominant woman in Spanish.

As the 2016’s Billboard 200 chart has been very kind to Grammy-winning performers Lady Gaga and Drake (thanks to their respective #1 albums ‘Joanne’ and ‘Views’), now, from the looks of things, the former is looking to see if she can emulate that success on the Billboard Hot 100.

Drizzy, who’s already left his mark on the singles charts with hits ‘Controlla,’ ‘Too Good,’ and, of course, ‘One Dance,’ saw the refreshed chart grant him multiple new entries.  Gaga, on the other hand, may be seeing her tune, ‘Perfect Illusion,’ elude chart glory, but the debut of fellow ‘Joanne’ tune ‘A-Y0’ this week, her Hot 100 narrative may finally add a positive spin.

If you’re curious to know where Drake, Gaga, and all your favorites from the day landed on this week’s Chart Check, tuck in below:
