    I totally respect what she said in the interview about not wanting to talk about the relationships she has with artists she admires. I’d feel the same way if I had the chance to work with the people I look up to.

    saw her last night at the birmingham lg arena she was AMAZINNGGG, you may knock her for being wierd but at a concert, the anticipation of her coming out was amazing, she included MJ to the concert, playing him, getting the crowd hyped up. Came on similar to michael jackson, all we could see was her silouette, everytime she moved the crowd screamed and got louder and louder. the older people who were there were applying it to madonna’s first concert in the Uk, the anticipation, the crowd, the artist and especially the show. Simply breathtaking and it felt as if she was talking to each and every person individually!

    Only been out for 2 years and she’s gone DIAMOND!!

    I usually couldn’t care less about how well artists are selling, I figure it’s none of my business as a consumer of their work, but THAT is impressive.

    The choreographer of the late great Michael Jackson has said that MJ himself was a fan of Lady Gaga and wanted to work with her. THAT again is doubly impressive. Since the early days when I thought she was too over the top and wasn’t into, until now, this chick never ceases to impress me.

    It’s funny that Rihanna has been saying in interviews that she’s been trying to arrange a collaboration with Lady Gaga, and yet in this interview Gaga herself says she isn’t interested in doing any more duets for a while. I’m glad. I’ve said on this site before and I’ll say it again – with Gaga having the level of artistc integrity that she has, with the fact that she is as successful as she is as a stand alone act, the fact that she pours her everyhing into her work and the fact the she has people like Elton John and Michael Jackson wanting to work with her, I would lose a whole lot of respect for her if she lowered her status as an artist by working with blantantly manufactured and marginally talented pop stars like Britney Spears, Kesha and Rihanna. She is too good for that.

    @it’s me again

    Totally agree, just goes to prove that gaga cannot be compared to. I love it how private she is in not talking about her friends or even her fascination with David Bowie, shows pure love, and that is what gaga is all about, and even shows everybody at her concerts individually 🙂

  9. TRAINWRECK March 6, 2010

    What the f*ck was her explanation for what she wears? She didn’t even make any sense but went into this self righteous dribble. She’s a freakin gimmick. Shamelessly marketing her new single by wearing a freakin telephone on her head. People are so dumb these days and desperate to be entertained they’ll say she is creative and a visionary. BS!

  10. DION-ISH March 6, 2010

    LOVE GAGA….So OUT THERE!! LOVE IT,

    And @ITSMEAGAIN

    I Heard the SAME thing about Rih sooo yea.. apparently they were goin to do something together as well…I HEard this a few years ago. They even Meet each other and spoke about it. There’s pictures etc. of it. Also Gaga is pretty amazing as well…Though i rather it been said from MJ himself to make it officially true. ppl will deny it. smh. And plz dont diss Pop Royalty like Britney! She HAS worked w/ MJ and is truley amazing…..Ke$ha, No Comment. Not a Fan.

    But me Personally would LOVE to see a Callbo w/ Rihanna Madonna and Gaga…Epic! It would show the face of a new decade of music FINALLY a Black Pop star just as huge as the whites and the future Madonna herself Gaga…Love it.

    haters haa. make the time out of their ”busy” schedule to hate on gaga. shows pure commitment! keep hating, it only brings gaga’s name up more and more !!

  14. It’s me again March 6, 2010

    Britney Spears was pop royalty back in the day. Now she barely even tries to bust a move. Her performance value has fallen off considerably.. Going solely on what she does now, her attempts at dancing and her overly computerized voice which she lip syncs to onstage, shes on the same level, if not lower, than rihanna and kesha. I don’t follow hype or coolness, I go by what they bring to the table

    Just my opinion.

  15. WINTZ March 8, 2010

    @ITS ME AGAIN

    Stop lying! Rihanna never said she had been trying to contact Gaga for a collaboration. During the AOL interview the interviewer asked her if she would want to do a collab with GaGa and she replied that the idea is cool because they have similar love for fashion!

    Get it together and stop fabricating tales in your quest to HYPE Gaga! Your sleaziness, subjectivity and manipulative ways are pathetic. Stop spreading ignorance!

    Here is the interview.
