The only place where GaGa is a legend is in hell. And what exactly are GaGa’s multiple talents? Her vocals sound strained and worn out and shes only 25. She cant dance to save her life. And she sure as hell cant write music. The only tips she could give to Legendtina is to copy Madonna’s work, and Legendtina is better then that.
Now, instead of comparing GaGa to legends like Britney & Legendtina, why dont you compare her to people in her league like Katy Perry or Ke$ha, who are dominating her left and right

HIAM went to #1 in 18 countries, but only managed to get to #1 in a few and was top 10 in several others. At least with HIAM, the song isn’t a carbon copy of another persons song and the lyrics aren’t plagiarized.
GaGa writes her songs, but she has no talent as a songwriter. Writing songs does not make someone a talented songwriter. However, I give her props for being so heavenly involved in her music which is not something I can say for Britney.
I will not beat down GaGa’s success like many naysayers have done Britney, but merely congratulate her on her great success overall.
And I wouldn’t put GaGa on the same level as Ke$ha, and Katy. GaGa is a much bigger star, and she is a global superstar. GaGa has accomplished much more in a short career spanning 3 years, that Katy and Ke$ha can ever dream of. Lets seem them do a WW tour that is on point to gross over $200 million. Those ladies aren’t even on Rihanna’s level of success.
Ke$ha doesn’t even have longevity, and Katy has a better shot than she does.

katy perry is selling out tickets of her California Dreams Tour. her album has sold over 5 million in less then 4 months. thats more copies in 4 months then any of gagas, ke$has, and rihannas albums. non of them are racking up #1s like katy is. i kissed a girl is reconized as the 10th best selling single of the 21st century. you wont downsize brits and gagas success, but you have clearly downsized katys.
@ LTM. I’m happy for Katy’s success, but I believe it’s unfair to put GaGa in the same lane as Ke$ha and Katy. Actually, Ke$ha is even worse. However, neither of them are on GaGa’s level of success. She became a mega star in a short 3 years, and she is HUUUUUGE globally.
If anything, GaGa is on the same level (in this day and age) as Britney, Beyonce, Pink and Rihanna.
Actually, I take Rihanna out of the equation because her success in the US is only #1 BB singles, and she has only sold about 5 million out here since debuting on the scene.

Britney may not have to do as much promotion as Gaga, but it’s for a simple reason. Britney has been around much longer than her. Believe me, Britney remembers those days when she was at hard work for promo.

I’m sorry but Mz Spears is a shell of her former self. I mean, she was never the BEST of singers but at least she made up for it with enough stage presence and fire to light up any arena. The fact that she can put out such lackluster material and still do well is a true testament to quatlity of work she put in early on in her career.
