2 years. Indeed, it’s been two long years since Christina Aguilera released the poorly-received ‘Bionic’.
However, with two seasons of The Voice under her wig and her popularity once again sky-high, the Pop powerhouse is making a beeline for the charts. And soon too.
Speaking in a new interview last night, the 30 year old revealed the title of a new track on her album. Find out what it’s been christened and the surprise feature after the jump.
Aguilera confirmed that the record is titled ‘Make The World Move’ and features fellow-coach Cee Lo Green. Check out her speaking about the song, its housing album, and more following last night’s show below…
Watch Cee Lo dish on the track too…
Although, along with the material, we’re uber eager to see what visual slant Xtina approaches her comeback with. Because, after the Lady GaGa fiasco last go round, they definitely need to have focus-grouped and really researched what folk actually what from her as an artist in this “era”. Clearly, it’s not “out-there” Electronic Xtina, nor is it hyper-sexual Xtina (see: ‘Not Myself Tonight’). Hence, if they’ve played their cards right, we should be in-line for something fresh, new, and legitimately “different”. To that we say, bring it on! It’s been too long and we’ve missed her!
