Personally, 4 is my fav album from her. It really showed her much-grown and matured vocal capability which is mind blowing. The songs on it also contain great substance which we will still be hearing years from now. 4 also proved and showed that altho it wasn’t a really successful album in terms of radio play or mainstream, it still managed to be #1 and is a classic. I can’t wait for album 5! 😀

What I like about Beys albums all of them are pretty good collectively so its not easy to choose a best one.
But my personal faves are 4 and Dangerously in Love.
I say “4” because the album is a work of art. She put so much passion and emotion in this album. Her vocals are so surreal and beautiful. I Care is my favorite from “4”.

For me, definitely 4. I loved the aesthetic of the album and its campaign, as well as the more soulful direction of the music. She felt much more mature and I felt that the promo of the album was a lot less aggressive than B’Day or Sasha Fierce, and she wasn’t everywhere like she is right now (girl needs to stop over saturating herself to every available media outlet. It’s becoming too much!). I was never really a Beyonce fan, nor was I really checking for her before 4.

Exactly! Beyonce’s most timeless/classic songs are on that album i.e. Halo and Sweet Dreams. Single Ladies was also on that record. Which is Beyonce most popular/iconic track to date. DIL comes in at a close second because Crazy in Love IS BEYONCE! And one of the first songs that I think of when it comes to her. DIL put her on the map foshow lol!

It’s between 4 and B’day. I love both for different reasons. I think 4 is simply a classic album. It has so much depth and it’s also the best I’ve heard from Bey vocally. Bey provided us with a really mature album on 4, some of those gems will be extremely hard to outdo.
B’day is in the running because that album contains the true essence of Bey. She’s a funky, wild woman that likes to experiment with music. That’s what that album feels like to me. Expression. I personally think the sass you find in some of today’s singers sort of derived from this masterpiece.
I appreciate I Am and DIL pretty much the same. Although I’d place them 3rd and 4th respectively, I think each album a*** in painting the entire picture that is Beyonce. DIL set the bar, but B is miles ahead of this by now. I Am allowed us to see that she’s the queen of versatility, but the only way to out to Sasha was to drag in King B.

I Am….Sasha Fierce is hands down her best album. Halo alone shits on her other albums. Single Ladies is iconic and Sweet Dream was epic.
But she looked the best during Bday era… Beyonce was her sexiest during BDay. Her fashion was on point. Hair was always nice. Skin was flawless (as always).
And when she performed Deja Vu at the BET awards… OMG…

It was the time Beyonce impacted the world the most, and the song is a classic, despite being uptempo it doesn´t get old, probably her only classic song. One of the best songs from the 00´s decade. Rihanna´s “classic” is supposed to be “Umbrella” and despite having been released 4 years later, it is starting to sound dated already. No Beyonce fan but all I said is true.

I love that album and bump it way before the others… although 4 IS A CLOSE 2ND B’Day had that edge that I felt both I AM and 4 lacked … IJS

4. Not because of commercial success because most artist won’t sell as much as theyre previous album bur it’s because it was more about her real life. Most connected to her and I appreciate that
My favorite Beyoncé album is ‘4’. It’s her most mature, diverse, and emotional album in my opinion. It’s also her best vocal and lyrical album; just when I thought she was at her vocal peak she took it to another level.
I love “I Care” not only because it’s so vocally strong but the lyrics and her performance so deeply express the pain someone who still deeply cares for and loves a person would feel if that person use to be loving and attentive didn’t seem to care anymore.
“I’d Rather Die Young” has a beautiful old school sound and the lyrics interestingly border love and obsession.
“Party” is old school backyard barbeque fun with lyrics that put you in the shoes of that teenage girl who thinks she is in love enough to go all the way.
“Countdown” is about that diehard devotion to your man and is just crazy with instrumentation in a good way.
“Start Over” is another strong vocal performance with emotional lyrics about a person who is not ready to give up on a troubled relationship.
My absolute favorite track is “Love On Top” because it’s about that loving and attentive relationship that everyone aspires to and it has that Jackson Five or young Michael vocal inspiration–LOVE IT!
Those are my favorites but I also love “Dance For You,” “Schoolin Life,” and others. I rank her albums as follows:

This time around I want to hear the non-singles of her albums for the next tour. It is asking a lot but wouldn’t be cool if there were multiple versions of a show and it switched and you never knew which one you were going to get? Bey has plenty of songs to do this. There are plenty of songs to choose from this will help with the mundane approach and will take off some years make it fresh.
In terms of campaign, looks, sales, IASF is the album.

My Fav Bey Album WAS Bday. It Made Me Feel S***. I Used To Listen To It When I Woke Up, While I Cleaned And While I Was Getting Dressed For The Club. It’s Just A Fun, Funky, Fierce Album. That was until 4 came along. Maybe It was because I was in a serious relationship in 2011, but I could relate to every single track especially “I Miss You” my BF Was in the army. I cant at her fans trying to shade Beyonce who actually focuses on the concept for each album instead if just the Hot 100. Her best album for me was 4. It has some beautiful songs, was not predictable and showed her vocal growth.
I love all her albums but (Dangerously in Love,Bday & I-Am) but 4 is the only one I can do with out. I mostly love the songs that never make it on her albums like LOST YOUR MIND & BACK IT UP & IF & YOU ARE MY ROC & SCHOOLING LIFE! Man this is a good question. I would have to ride with 4. I think DIL was a great album, and honestly most of the tracks are still relevant. 4 tho, is one of those albums where you felt what Beyonce felt in that moment. The songs were emotive and honest. It felt cohesive from beginning to end. I think it was some of the most raw singing Beyonce has done. I love all 4 albums, but ‘4’ was just an album where she expressed herself naturally without thoughts of how it would sell.
I love how the Rihanna fans & Beyonce fans are getting along on this post. Maybe we can end the feud finally and come together. They are two of the most prominent women in music, we should celebrate them together

DANGEROUSLY IN LOVE is the best album that Beyoncé recorded. It is classic, fresh, s***, funny and romantic at the same time… We saw Beyoncé become a woman when she released DIL. She made such a great job. I feel like there’s real music, you know… When comtemporary artists didn’t need to put pictures of their ass*s in instagram or share such a trouble life only to get attention. I love everything that comes from Beyoncé, and she’s changed, and always growing but she keeps it real. She doesn’t need to smoke weed and share this to the world like it’s something nice, she doesn’t need to have crazy relationships with men who spank her, she doesn’t need going out with weirf clothe… She gets attention only for being her. She still keeps alive that “diva” concept, with elegance and beauty. People said sh*t about 4, but 4 was one album that she recorded ’cause she wanted to record. It wasn’t to sell, it wasn’t for the market ’cause we know that if Beyoncé wants to do an album to sell like water she can! Beyoncé is one of the few artists who is still real.

Without doubt, was DIL epic. 5 major hits. Crazy in Love, Me myself and I, baby boy, Dangerously in love etc.. That brought her onto the scene.
Bday was a nice follow up, with memorables like deja vu, upgrade you- but not as outstanding as the others.
4 was emotional and intimate..some songs like Rather die young I didn’t get, and took a while to grow on me.. End of time – classic. I miss you – on repeat for days (wish it was longer)
But personally IASF was iconic and that converted me from a liker to a fan! I mean it was so well crafted, produced major hits like If I were a boy, Halo, Sweet Dreams, Single ladies, Diva etc
