I called Beck album trash because I too wanted Beyoncé too win and felt some type of way about her lost. But after listening to his album it’s really good and considering the fact that he did everything mostly on his own I can now see why he won. The Grammys is more than popularity, cultural impact etc. and that’s with any academy award rather it be the Golden Globes, Grammys or Oscars. Beyoncé has 20 Grammys. More than artist who are 100x better than her and they haven’t won Album of the Year either. Kanye West is stupid for saying Beck should give his hard eaR&B Grammy to Beyoncé. He wouldn’t give his Grammy to Beyoncé so he needs to stay mute and make good music again.

I have heard a few songs from Becks and can appreciate why he won. I’m not one of the hives who bullied him. I would not have been mad if Sam or Ed won having heard their album too. But what I also can’t stand, is people trying to downplay Beyonce just because she did not win, minus the exposure and sales, her album still would have been a deserving win.
