The man will be all over the Hot 100 this summer and his album is still blocking your faves on Billboard and y’all will deal.
Drake is coming out the gate like there’s no tomorrow. He’s releasing music with no plan for shaping a theme for this particular era. He’s just trying to give people music they will like. I wish his roll out plan had more structure to it. There’s no way he’s going to create a memorable visual impact with all those songs on VIEWS. However, this def won’t hurt him. If you think about it, his plan makes a bit of sense. During the summer, people want good music. If he continues to release like this, people will continue to eat his material up because he’s not going to bore you. You’ll be ready and waiting to check out the next song, hence me being on this page. There are certain artists we get annoyed with for releasing music and not taking breaks (Chris Brown), but Drake can leverage this right now because of his duality and creativity.

Drake has been doing that his whole career. He’s always taken shots and leaves it to the fans to decipher who he meant. He also always picks his battles. When jay z clapped at him, he did nothing. When kendrick clapped at him, he didn’t say anything either. He knows who to respond to.
