The original line-up of the Brit-Pop trio are back in the studio.
Member Siobhan Donaghy shared a shot of herself alongside Keisha Buchanan and Mutya Buena.
She said:

The ladies last released music in 2013 with the critically acclaimed ‘Flatline’ (under the moniker MKS) and have been promising a full-fledged return for a number of years.
With Donaghy settled into motherhood after recently welcoming her first child, the time most certainly feels right for a reboot.

The best UK pop band ! There are so many songs from the last session (from which they were supposed to release their comeback album but was cancelled because of the leak) that were amazing, I’m SO excited to listen to something new from them! I just can’t wait, I’m so happy 🙂
You have to work and use the computer and internet, and if you can do that and dedicate some time each day then you can do this with no problem.

The album they made in 2013 leaked and it was great! Really sad we never got the mastered studio versions of those songs.
Absolutely but I managed to improve the quality of each one and created 2 albums with covers and worked tracklist. If you are interested don’t hesitate 🙂

It is a good cover of Lenny Kravitz for sure. The album is amazing yes and you know what’s crazy about it? There’s only 2 vocal collaborations in it and it’s with 2 legends who died… George Michael and Amy Winehouse. Mutya has always been my favorite singer, she’s amazing and very kind with her fans.

One of the few decent British girl groups. I think they really found their sound with their second album, but even their first was miles ahead of trash like Little Mix
I used to like Little Mix when they were about showing off their undeniable talent but now they’re all about showing off their asses and pouting and it makes me sad that they sold out. They were unique. And they say its feminism but they don’t realize they’re puppets.

I am really excited, the original line up was pure talent and their leaked stuff and live sessions prove this. They’re as talented as anyone out there so I’m so ready for this! It’s been too long! I’m a Brit in America and I’ve been following them excitedly! I’ve collected all the leaked stuff I could find (about 20 songs) and they’re AMAZING, especially Flatline, I’m Alright, Victory, Metal Heart, Too in Love, Back in the Day & No regrets.

Overload, Push The Button, Round Round, Hole In The Head and Flatline were all BOPS, if they can still sing and get the right production, writing and budget (the video for Flatline was so disappointing) they could add to their BOP legacy ? Side note: Mutya’s Song with George Michael was a quiet storm BEAST but I guess publishing drama with his estate lead to them withdrawing the album track mix from Spotify and ITunes – because the remastered version on 25 is a mess! ??♂️
I don’t think any decent managers want to be involved with them because Keisha has bullied 3 members, and Mutya left because she thought she was better than them, Siobhan’s 2nd album is brilliant though. But most of Sugababes big hits involved Heidi and many of them involved Amelle (who co-wrote a song on Mutya’s album). Anyway hope they sort stuff out but the studio pic seems like a childish response to Amelle’s suggestion of a full line-up comeback a few days ago. Some of them still haven’t grown up.
