Shaboozey has found his cowgirl. Specifically, the hitmaker has enlisted Ciara Miller for his latest music video, ‘Cowgirl.’

The video for the cut follows Miller as a fearless gunslinger. Consequently, she strolls into a dodgy saloon and proceeds to out-drink, out-arm wrestle, and out-shoot everyone in sight.
The action takes place five days after the death of Sheriff Lee. The cowgirl is venting, in a rage, haunted by the loss of her partner.
Logan Meis co-directed the video alongside Shaboozey. Furthermore, the song serves as the follow-up to April’s ‘Born To Die.’
Both tracks will appear on Shaboozey’s forthcoming concept album, ‘The Outlaw Cherie Lee & Other Western Tales.’ The project drops July 31 via EMPIRE.
The album is described as a Western portrait told with Americana, hip-hop, and pop. Specifically, it recounts a “tragic, mythic story of vengeance, love, and transformation.” The narrative unfolds like a Western film, told in chapters with narration and cinematic transitions.
The main character, Cherie Lee, is a woman shaped by violence and driven by loss. She falls for an outlaw, which provides entry into the world she’s trying to destroy. Ultimately, the story takes a bloody turn.
Shaboozey previously dominated charts with “A Bar Song (Tipsy),” which spent 19 weeks atop the Billboard Hot 100.
