Besides “My Love Is Your Love”, which, to this day, remains her most artistic, all of Queen Whitney’s albums were mediocre. Unfortunately…
“Whitney Houston” and “I’m Your Baby Tonight are, most definetely, two of her strongest however.
From the beginning, Queen Whitney’s albums were always more a collection of commercialised singles rather than a concise and cohesive package. Especially, when in comparison to Mariah, whose albums were much more succinct and showed her variation of different talents, musically speaking.
But, unlike may of the talentless singles artists of today, QUEEN WHITNEY COULD SING & WILL ALWAYS BE AN ETERNAL ICON!!!
I’m surprised and glad that no one has listed Robin “Big D***” Thicke’s Blurred Lines…I hate that song…I miss the long haired riding on a bicycle “When I Get You Alone” Robin Thicke.

Two weeks ago I was on “Charmbracelet” mode (very rare, it´s one of her albums I only listen to once in a while) and now, since Monday, I´m all about her first: “Mariah Carey”. You know, “Prisoner”, “All in your mind” and all those songs that sound so different to everything she has done after her debut. She has done it all really!
ps: “All the man that I need” is vocal heaven. It´s just gorgeous, classy, exciting, diva-ish… so great! One of my very favs from Whitney.
