The ‘Fancy’ femcee has once again found herself at the centre of controversy – this time with her ‘Pretty Girls’ collaborator Britney Spears.
As reported, the Australian bred rapper ignited the internet when she rationalised the underperformance of ”Girls’ as being due to the lack of accompanying performances – a point she was sure to emphasise had nothing to do with her.
Many of Spears’ fans received the comment as “shade” and have since been showering Azalea with all sorts of insults.

The primary problem with Iggy’s essays is rarely their validity. For, she makes many accurate observations.
However, it’s the fact that they’re rooted in the concept of “unfair” that grates at us the most. Surely, she got the memo by now that the entertainment industry is not “fair”. It does not explicitly reward meritocracy and instead best serves those who know how to play the game. Sadly, Iggy’s incessant need to reply to everything (only to inflate the furore) highlights that the only thing she’s playing is herself.
