Michael Jackson’s 1995 showing at MTV’s staple award show, the Video Music Awards, serves as this week’s From The Vault clip. The King of Pop revisited a string of hits in this medley performance which culminated in a show-stopping rendition of ‘Billie Jean’. Check it out:
Watching this back really has me itching for Michael to own the stage (and the charts) like he once did. Bring on the new album already!

I still luv MJ. I’ll be glad when he finally drops his comeback album. I will definitely buy it, and I usually don’t by cds.. lol

he was amazing at the VMA’s 95, Gave us an amazing medley and then did the awesome Dangerous in which he technically danced his ass off! and then finished with his Number one single of the time “You are not alone” (Which at the time was the first single to debut at no1 on the billboard chart)
Can’t wait for the new album to drop!
i hate how he lipsyncs…totally undermines his talent…ya know, i dont understand how female singers get ripped for lipping songs, but when he does it, its totally legit.
Either way, he and Madonna are the legends of our lifetime

I’m sorry but that was just a f****** hot mess, a complete disaster.
Mike is da man–always will be. As far as putting Madonna in the same class with him, that’s not really fair to MJ.
This does bring back alot of memories . . . the man is by far, one of the most amazing performers ever . . . and that is why the youngins reference him all the time!!!! You have to give credit, when credit is do.
TLC’s CRAZYSEXYCOOL medley was a lot better than that. their had more energy and crowd envolvment. This is just lipsynced hype.
