And if the host’s husband gets his way, she may have to be paying up too.

According to TMZ, Kevin Hunter has responded to Wendy’s divorce petition and he wants quite a bit.
Per the report, Hunter wants his soon-to-be-ex to pay him spousal support and also child support for their son, Kevin Jr – who is 18 and turns 19 in August.
Hunter, who is believed to have fathered a child out of wedlock, is also lobbying for his wife to fund their son’s college costs.
As reported, he was removed as executive producer from the ‘Wendy’ show and is no longer his the TV maven’s manager.

Well I think they both should go to mediation sooner rather than later. He should get a nice financial exit package in exchange for a speedy unmessy divorce. He is only entitled to child support for a few months and it is ridiculous for him to sue Wendy for their son’s college tuition. Wendy is going to pay that no matter what and that money should go directly from Wendy to the university.
Whatever happened to pride and dignity as a parent? Kevin should apologize repeatedly to Wendy and be reasonable in getting a hefty lump some of money to get lost. Mediation with a lump sum settlement is the answer here and not a messy drawn out divorce.
