JoJo is back!
The soul-filled songstress has been warming up the masses with new material and now is poised to press ahead full steam with her fourth studio album.
That Grape Juice caught up with the star at the 2020 GRAMMYs, where ‘Say So’ -her collaboration with PJ Morton – was nominated for Best R&B Song. An award it would eventually go on to win.
Before then, Jo spoke with TGJ about incoming single ‘Small Things’ – a track she revealed will arrive on February 21st.
She also opened up about its parent LP (due April), which serves as the follow-up to 2016’s ‘Mad Love.’
Watch the interview above and let us know below if you’re as buzzed as we are for new JoJo!
I personally didn’t care for “Sabotage”. It went in the opposite direction of “Joanna” in my opinion. Sound wise especially anyways.. So I can’t wait for this new joint! Sounds like it’ll be interesting. Come through JoJo! ? Bring us that R&B! I bet being apart of that Grammys nom made her even hungrier to bring us some FIRE! ??
This girl, has great songs like : Reckless or Thinking Out Loud – and she releases the wrong singles and promotes the wrong album cuts. HOW DO YOU LET RECKLESS/THINKING OUT LOUD — not get released???? a mess
Thinking Out Loud premiered 4 years before her album. It’s probably her best song but there’s nothing wrong with a clean slate.
Pretty sure Reckless was label politics. She fought for it to be on the deluxe version.
I have a feeling it will be better than the last.
A talent!
let’s goooooo! ??
