The assisted living facility Wendy Williams lives in has filed a police report against her niece Alex Finnie.

Finnie spent time with Williams at the Coterie residence on Wednesday (March 12) and then took her aunt to an Italian restaurant later that night.
The Coterie claims in the police report that the talk show Queen’s niece broke the law by taking her out to dinner and evading staff at the facility.
However, reps for the star are pushing back on the notion of anything improper taking place.
They are that the radio personality can’t leave the 5th floor without an attendant pushing the elevator button. Furthermore, an attendant actually accompanied both Williams and her niece down to the lobby and opened the door of their Uber for them to get in.
Plus, the lawyer representing the former shock jock’s guardian says that Williams is free to come and go from the Coterie as she pleases. Additionally, there are no restrictions placed on family visits.
After returning to the facility, Williams couldn’t believe that the Coterie had a problem with them going out. Both aunt and niece felt it was weird – especially with her privileges.
This comes as the latest development in an ongoing melée over Williams’ conservatorship; a legal mandate she is looking to have quashed.

This is horrible, how can a facility get the police involved over taking a family member fo dinner. This story doesn’t help any of the scavenger claims, why do they need THAT much control. It’s so odd.
