That was quick! Two check-in desk agents from Frontier Airlines that went viral last Friday (May 2) have been fired from the airline.

The video that circulated shows a Frontier customer trying to check in at the ticket counter for a flight from North Carolina to Boston.

However, when a $25 fee is mentioned to check in with them, that’s when things took a turn.
The customer said he’s paid the fee, and then that’s when the Frontier employees and the customer go back and forth.
With one of the employees repeatedly saying:
“And you thought you was gonna get on your flight.”
The customer documented the incident along with the check-in desk agents.
According to TMZ, in a statement, Frontier Airlines said:
“We are aware of what occurred and have been directly in touch with the customer. The individuals in question, who work for a third party contractor, are no longer associated with the Frontier account.”
The airline refunded the customer’s original flight and reimbursed him for a different flight he booked to get home.
