According to filings, the drama kicked off last December when hot-water pipes near Rocky’s apartment reportedly burst, sending water gushing into multiple units.
A contractor working in his home allegedly left windows wide open in freezing temperatures, creating a perfect storm for disaster. The pipes are said to have frozen, cracked, and once thawed, unleashed a waterfall with nowhere to go due to missing return valves.
The suit points to negligence by Rocky and his contractor, claiming the chaos caused major destruction.
No response yet from Rocky’s camp, but one thing’s for sure, this mess isn’t drying up anytime soon.
