As Sam Smith fans get closer to the August 21 release of the GRAMMY winner’s new album ‘Hazel Eyes,’ they can expect to see much of Sam on screens in preparation for its official unveiling.
Having already thrilled with previous singles ‘Oh Mother‘ and ‘My Guy,’ this week brought with it a third drop from the ‘Eyes’ tracklist: ‘When He’s Gone.’
“Hate it when you speak to me, with cruel and careless words / Everything you say to me, can’t you see it hurts,” Smith croons before sharing, “When he’s walking out on me, he takes everything I need / My whole world’s broken when he’s gone.”
The heart-tugging tune made its way to streamers on Tuesday (August 4) courtesy of Capitol Records. Hear it in full inside.

As if the man who doesn’t identify as a man and wants everyone to stop misgendering him is releasing music about a biological MAN. He/him/guy? From the genderless freak who didn’t allow others to say such a thing. Hope the man he sings of in this new music is a trans woman tomorrow, just for laughs.
Gloria ended his career…

Gloria sold 39,000 album-equivalent units in its first week in the US
