The chatter erupted after clips from Friday’s MetLife Stadium show in New Jersey began circulating online.
Some viewers questioned everything from the performer’s facial features and body language to what they claimed was the absence of the hitmaker’s recognizable hand tattoos.
As the “clone” theory gathered steam, the 47-year-old jumped into the comments himself.
“Y’all are funny… clone? They can’t clone this??”
He doubled down:
“How y’all come up with this? A.I. ain’t that advanced.”
The King of R&B’s playful shutdown arrives as his blockbuster stadium trek with Brown continues following its June launch in Denver.

These people just say anything about Usher to get likes and views or go viral. Because now this coming week all of the podcasters will be talking about this nonstop. Usher has to be one of the most talked about and viral entertainers from the 90s.
