Diddy has received another slice of good news behind bars, with his projected prison release date moving up once again.
The latest adjustment comes just weeks after the Bad Boy mogul’s release was pushed back following a much-publicized prison fight.

According to TMZ, Federal Bureau of Prisons records now list Diddy’s release from FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey for February 5, 2028.
That is 15 days earlier than the February 20, 2028 date previously attached to the 56-year-old’s sentence.
As reported, Combs’ projected release had already shifted several times. It moved forward to January 24 before being pushed back to February 20 in the wake of an altercation with another inmate.
The music mogul was placed in solitary confinement following the clash, before later returning to the general prison population.
Diddy is serving a 50-month federal sentence after being convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution at his 2025 trial. He was acquitted of the more serious racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges.
The hitmaker was sentenced in October 2025, with time already served factored into his term.
For now, February 5, 2028 is the date circled for his release. Given how frequently that date has changed, though, another adjustment certainly wouldn’t be unprecedented.
