Diddy has seen his projected prison release date move once again.
And the latest shift adds another twist to a timeline that has already bounced forward, back, and forward again in recent months.

According to TMZ, Federal Bureau of Prisons records now list Sean “Diddy” Combs’ release from FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey for January 21, 2028.
That marks another move in the Bad Boy founder’s favor.
As reported, his most recent projected release date had been February 5, 2028. Before that, it was February 20, 2028.
In other words, while Diddy is still set to remain behind bars for more than a year, the date attached to his federal sentence has continued to shrink.
The 56-year-old is serving a 50-month sentence after being convicted in 2025 on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He was acquitted of the more serious racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges.
The latest update also comes after a turbulent stretch at Fort Dix.
Earlier this year, Diddy was reportedly involved in a prison fight that led to a stint in solitary confinement before he was later returned to the general population.
For now, January 21, 2028 is the date circled. But given how many times the projection has changed already, it is probably safest to call it the latest date rather than the final one.
