Case point example: Houston.
Rising to fame back in 2004 with ‘I Like That‘ and its follow up ‘Ain’t Nothing Wrong’, his career came to a draw dropping halt after a failed suicide attempt in 2005, but succeeding to tear his left eye out with a plastic fork.
Now, he has spoken openly on his tragic past.
Dishing on the details surrounding the incident and ‘the strange things’ he was forced to do while in the music industry.

I couldn’t finish watching it at all. The first video doesn’t even play past the 1:30 mark and between the way his eye looked and the way he was talking I was heavily distracted. Not being rude, but I just can’t watch it. I remember buying the CD single for I Like That and thinking he was gonna have a great career ahead of him. I pray that he finds clarity with his life and remains strong in battling his demons because it sounds like he’s had it rough.
This just made me upset… This is so sad… I hope God bless him. It seems he’s been through a lot.

These videos is old and years old. His family came out years ago and said Houston has had mental issues for a long time and they have gotten him help.
As U can see in the second video he was put in a mental ward by his family. He did try to commit s****** and tried to jump off a building overseas. But was stopped by his then manager. His mental issues was already there before he hit it big and got worse afterwards. But i’m pretty sure he is telling truth about the industry making him sell his soul. They have had him doing things he regretted….I do feel sorry for him . He was a very good looking dude before he gauged his eye out . But there are a lot of men like that I know one now that needs to be in mental ward also…
I feel so sorry for him. Mental illness is a real disease. It sounds like the people around him in the industry saw him coming and made some quick money off of him. And when they had used him for all that they could they dropped him.

He was always asking people if they were the devil and commenting on the filth and homosexuality on TV. He for sure used weed way too much and quit at times. He told me he was on PCP that night. The industry environment was too contrary to his beliefs and the way he had always lived for Christ. I miss the sessions we had taking about Eternity and our Lord. Hope he’s back in church and diligently on his Rx. Love to houston, Moms, Daria and Billie always.
