I didn’t expect Mariah to be nominated, that’s awesome, I’m also happy for Armie Hammer and Timothée Chalamet, “Call Me by Your Name” is one of my favorite movies this year, they did the book justice.

I´m very surprised about the Mariah nomination too. She has done better songs for movies and has been usually ignored. However, it won´t happen for the oscars. There are several songs people expected to be nominated that didn´t make the cut here. The Golden Globes are so out there sometimes and they also have their favorite people who they nominate based on name alone. Some of the nominations are a little bit “rolls eyes” moment. Always the same people. I´m anticipating the oscars and other relevant awards more. They have got it very right lately. Moonlight was a 10/10. They are truly going for quality small films nowadays and I love it. Pfuck people with basic taste! lol
