As if reaching its peak on U.S. charts this week wasn’t enough (click here to read more on that), Camila Cabello‘s latest hit – ‘My Oh My’ – is looking to see that response echoed worldwide as evidenced by a number of global pushes for the DaBaby-assisted tune.

Most recently taking to London’s Eventim Apollo Hammersmith for the 2020 Global Awards, the Pop star showcased the Frank Dukes-produced cut with a brigade of dancers and high octane choreography.

Donning a sexy plaid schoolgirl outfit, Cabello – who just rang in her 23rd birthday with a ‘Cinderella’-themed surprise party from boyfriend Shawn Mendes – was also on hand to receive another gift:  the “Best Female Act” Global Award.

Danity Kane duo Dawn Richard and Aubrey O’Day have poured out a new mini-project named ‘Strawberry Milk.’

Comprised of two tracks – ‘Boy Down’ and ‘Fly’ – the set is the first with this particular configuration of the group.

It’s not immediately clear if the release forms part of a broader plan or if it’s a one-off from two of DK’s most prominent members.

What is for sure is that the songs await your listening below…

Thanks to new single, ‘Never Worn White,’ Katy Perry is seeing her name colored atop a number of iTunes sales tallies across the globe.

Released just yesterday (March 4), buzz for the song’s official accompanying visual was heightened when it was rumored to feature footage of the Pop singer’s growing baby bump – a murmur put to rest and confirmed by the time the J.A.C.K.-directed clip arrived to YouTube.

Yet, while the video amassed a whopping 6 million views in less than 24 hours (making it the day’s most trending media on the platform), its mention at number 1 doesn’t end with that list.

“Tried to be myself but they won’t AKA me, AKA a pop star AKA a problem.”

The inspiration behind the quote above, lifted from Tinashe‘s 2018 tune, ‘No Drama,’ continues to be a talking point for the songstress despite having established herself as one of Urban music’s most consistent stage-blazers.

Speaking on the topic of ‘being pitted against every Black girl [in the industry],’ the 27-year-old – rocking a Janet Jackson t-shirt – took to E! News’ ‘Just the Sip’ to dish on “stan culture” and how comparisons to the likes of Aaliyah, Beyoncé, Cassie, Jhené Aiko, FKA Twigs, and more have plagued different junctures of her career.

Elsewhere in the candid sit-down with Justin Sylvester, she also addressed her former label woes, the joys of being an independent artist, and so much more.

Megan Thee Stallion will be trotting to digital record shelves Friday (March 6) with her long-awaited EP, ‘Suga,’ thanks to a recent decision rendered by a Texas judge denying her label’s attempt to block it.

As we previously reported, Carl Crawford – CEO of Stallion’s label home (1501 Certified Entertainment) – took to the courts to reverse the ‘Hot Girl Summer’ hitmaker’s temporary restraining order against him and the imprint.  Despite a clause in her contract expressly requiring her to get the company’s approval before releasing new music, the restraining order allows her to bypass the condition to release music without his consent.

The 25-year-old isn’t wasting any time celebrating the win, as evidenced by a recent Instagram post.

Over it is a pretty accurate description of how breakout R&B star Summer Walker is feeling after being slammed for what many are deeming xenophobic remarks related to the coronavirus epidemic.

Earlier this week (March 3), the 23-year-old was the brunt of backlash after taking to Instagram to repost a fake video that depicted people in China intentionally spreading the disease.  Alongside the visual she commented:

“That’s some trifling nasty a** s**t.”

After being criticized for the insensitivity of the clip’s nature, Walker responded:

“Lol people so dumb, talking about I’m racist and that video was from a long time ago. It don’t matter if it was from 20 years ago, bottom line that s**t nasty & IDGAF if a black white yellow or green person did that s**t, it’s still nasty,” she stated.

That’s not all she said.  More inside:

TeaMarrr is the latest name to make a splash live on That Grape Juice!

The rising star is the first artist signed to Issa Rae‘s new record label Raedio – which she launched in 2019 alongside Atlantic Records.

And it’s more than clear why the gifted singer attracted the attention of Rae and countless others in the music industry.

In an arena that routinely churns out more of the same, TeaMarrr defines individual. From her incredible voice, to her striking look, her quirky candor, and her hyper-frank lyrics.

With Raedio serving as a top priority for Rae (who is gearing up to leverage her reach across TV and film towards the venture) expect to see a whole lot more from TeaMarrr, who just wrapped a critically acclaimed stint opening for SiR.

In the here and now, watch her perform current single ‘Kinda Love’ (which is set to receive a D Smoke remix) right here on TGJ above.

Remy Ma fans have been diligently waiting on news of her long-awaited sophomore album. And she’s finally obliged.

Originally titled ‘Seven Winters, Six Summers,’ the set serves as the femcee’s first since 2006’s ‘There’s Something About Remy’ and her first since being released from prison in 2014 (after a six year stint).

The musical wheels appeared to be moving when she dropped ‘Wake Me Up’ and ‘Melanin Magic’ – which featured Lil Kim and Chris Brown respectively. Yet pregnancy and other projects seemed to delay matters the more.

Well, Remy is back on track and during an appearance on ‘The Breakfast Club’ (together her fellow State of  The Culture panelists) she opened up about the status of the project – which now has a different name.

Demi Lovato is gearing up for a big reveal tonight. For, she’ll be unleashing new single ‘I Love Me’ and its accompanying video in a mere matter of hours.

Produced by Oak Felder (who also helmed ‘Sorry Not Sorry’), the anthemic track serves as the lead release from Lovato’s upcoming album and arrives after the songbird signalled her return with a powerful performance of ‘Anyone’ at the 2020 GRAMMYs.

Perhaps most notable is that the song is the first traditional single to be launched by Lovato since her 2018 overdose and since sharing that she had battled an eating disorder.

During her 10th appearance on Ellen today she opened up about the latter and seemed to intimate that her previous team fuelled some of her body worries.

On a lighter note, she spilled on wanting to make-out with Rihanna.

All awaits after the jump…
