Much to the consternation of her fans the artist that is Grace Jones oft finds herself forgotten by an industry she helped to shape.

Perhaps unwilling to employ tactics used by her former rival Madonna to stay relevant recent years have seen Jones observe a new batch of Pop contenders rise to the top armed with concepts she created in her prime.

She isn’t impressed by this…at all.

How we know? She said so in her brand new autobiography in which she assesses the careers of Lady GaGa, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj and Miley Cyrus.

Madonna is a rebel with a cause: touring domination!

Following the rockiest of starts, the Material Girl is keen to establish a successful face to her ‘Rebel Heart’ era and has set sail on a global trek to do so.

Like fellow Pop queen Janet Jackson, Madge selected Canada as her launching point – playing to a packed house at the Bell Centre in Montreal last night.

The 57-year-old superstar delighted with a dynamic show, which featured classics such as ‘Vogue’ and ‘Like A Prayer,’ as well as newer numbers like ‘Living For Love’ and ‘Ghosttown.’

Justin Timberlake may have made his mark in Pop, however the music titan seems keen to flex his Hip-Hop flare.

Having dominated with comeback effort ‘The 20/20 Experience’ in 2013 through to ’14, the former Nsyc’er has been on a hiatus of sorts – yet still made it a point to appear on the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon this evening.

The ‘Suit & Tie’ singer paired up with host and friend Fallon to perform an energized skit called ‘The History of Rap.’

In a mere matter of minutes, the duo journy through hits including Jay-Z & R. Kelly’s ‘Fiesta,’ NWA’s ‘Straight Outta Compton,’ Nelly’s ‘Country Grammar,’ and Salt-N-Pepa’s ‘Let’s Talk About Sex.’

Chris Brown and Ed Sheeran breathed new life into the former’s hit single ‘Loyal’ recently when they joined forces to perform it live in Las Vegas.

The Pop pals performed the number during Brown’s appearance at Drai‘s and did so before he found his way to ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ to perform the single ‘Body on Me’ with the song’s lead act Rita Ora.

The 34-year-old megastar cements her understated approach with the minimalist, yet captivating snaps – which appear in the newest issue of the American fashion magazine.

As has been routine with the ‘Feeling Myself’ singer recently, no interview accompanied the feature. However, the publication seems to have managed what others haven’t and courted comments from the singer by way of a unique word association game.

Fierce feline Nicole Scherzinger rocked the Pop sphere as part of the Pussycat Dolls, yet her solo roars haven’t had much volume.

Indeed, despite a slew of singles since 2007, she’s yet to release an album in the US. And, though achieving a degree of success with her European LP ‘Killer Love’ in 2011, follow-up ‘Big Fat Lie’ was a truthful chart tragedy.

The poor performance of the latter is said to have caused Scherzinger to be culled from the roster at RCA UK, which in turn presented a problem for her Stateside deal with fellow Sony label Epic Records.

Now, after a notable silence, the 37-year-old is hitting back at claims she was “dropped,” yet confirms that she has a new label. Hmm.
