In an industry where money’s voice bellows the loudest, creatives are oft tasked with ensuring their work is handed to acts with enough pulling power to generate a praise-worthy return.

Not sure what we mean?

Well, simply because of power her name holds at her record label, radio and over the general public at large , it’d make more sense for Writer A to hand Rihanna a song than it would be to give that same song to an act without the pulling power to make doing so worth ‘Writer’s while.

With this in mind, one can imagine how frustrating ‘Writer A’ may become if material they work tirelessly to perfect is picked up by an entertainer who does all of nothing to promote it…wasting the writer’s time and ultimately ‘robbing’ them of royalties they would have heard had the number been given to act who would have promoted it.

Still following?

Great, for it’s this problem Soundz The Producer has found himself faced with this year, taking aim at those of his collaborators guilty of the crimes laid out above.
