While some divas have become synonymous with Christmas, Christina Aguilera is embracing all things Halloween.

‘Fyre’-starter Ja Rule was in the hot seat on Sunday’s episode of BRAVO’s ‘Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen’ (October 6).

Formally on hand to discuss his role on the WeTV reality series ‘Growing Up Hip Hop: New York,’ the ‘Always on Time’ hitmaker took a little time to shade longtime rival 50 Cent to remind viewers their nearly 2-decade long feud is still alive and well.

As if that wasn’t enough, Rule also weighed in on those pesky rumors his longtime collaborator Ashanti was the real vocalist behind his #1 hit with Jennifer Lopez, 2001’s ‘I’m Real.’

Tyler Perry broke new ground this weekend with the opening of his own studios.

Aptly named Tyler Perry Studios, the Atlanta based space is the first operation of its kind to be fully Black owned.

The launch ceremony was attended by a who’s who of Black Hollywood – with one of the most notable guests being Beyonce. 

Clearly moved by Perry’s monumental venture, Queen Bey took to social media to share an impassioned congratulatory message.

Evelyn Lozada‘s public relations crisis gained a fresh pair of horrid legs this week when YouTubers joined efforts to hold her accountable for what many deem to be anti-black behaviour.

The Reality TV star, who now identifies as Afro-Latina, has seen her brand take a hit following her feud with her ‘Basketball Wives’ costar OG Chijindu. A feud, which has seen Evelyn call the African athlete a monkey and use several racist tropes to mock, degrade and humiliate her.

Unfortunately for her, it has backfired….and an effort to slam claims that she is racist by pointing to her own African heritage was stifled by the resurfacing of the tweet below.

Cory Booker and Kamala Harris are leading the charge to uncover the truth about the highly suspicious murder of Joshua Brown…a key witness in the Botham Jean murder trial.

For, hours after the latter’s murderer, Amber Guyger, was sentenced to a decade behind bars Joshua- a key witness in the trial- was shot in the mouth and chest.

He passed away shortly after.

Now, the Presidential candidates have vowed to prise the truth out of the disturbing story.

That Grape Juice was on-hand at the inaugural ABFF Global Film Series event in London and caught up with the actress, who unveiled her directorial debut ‘If Not Now, When?’

In our exclusive sit-down, she explained the rationale for veering behind the camera. A rationale rooted in Hollywood’s disproportionate representation of Black stars and stories.

Speaking with Jacqueline Shepherd, the 38-year-old delved into the peaks and troughs of her 25 year career, including the worrying words some casting directors levelled her way. She also expanded on how Black talent are excelling by taking the helm and championing their own narratives.
