The week just gets worse and worse for embattled kitchen queen Paula Deen.  Many, presumably including Deen herself, thought they’d seen the end of her endorsement woes after Wal-mart and a host of others backed out of pushing her products earlier this week.

Hoping to do damage control by lending an emotional interview with Matt Lauer via ‘The Today Show’, it appears Deen’s tearful apology for reported racist remarks were not enough as even more top names are dropping her products from their inventory.

Eve continues on in her bid to push her new LP ‘Lip Lock’ this week, rocking TBS’ ‘Conan’ with a scorching performance of her self titled jam ‘Eve‘.

Serving sass, packing energy and showcasing the best of her live voice, the Grammy winning MC most certainly proved her worth as an entertainer during the set, and has us hoping a tour of any scale is launched in the next year.

Released in full before its video drops on July 2nd, the cut is nowhere near as good as ‘Q.U.E.E.N’ but boasts a far more experimental sound. Well, as far as today’s standards go.

The icon that is Mariah Carey stepped out in Jersey City last night, recording her performance for Macy’s annual 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular at Liberty State Park.

Joined by ‘Use Me‘ sensation Miguel, the star reportedly impressed her audience with a number of her strongest releases, including a rousing rendition of Katharine Lee Bates‘ ‘America The Beautiful’.

As our celebration of ‘Dangerously In Love‘s 10th birthday comes to an end, TGJ HQ got to thinking.

It may not always feel like it, but the last ten years have given the world no shortage of groundbreaking Pop classics.
