Jennifer Lopez consistently lends reminders why she is the hardest working woman in entertainment.

Boasting a schedule that consists of television shows, movies, a headlining Vegas residency, fashion, and production, the triple threat diva still finds time to pencil in musical efforts – a feat evidenced by her latest single, ‘El Anillo.’  Announced today via the unveiling of its cover artwork (seen above), the cut was officially introduced to the world via a rocking live performance at tonight’s (April 26) Billboard Latin Music Awards.

Coming as her first non-English release of the year (and believed to be among the gems found on her new full Spanish album ‘Por Primera Vez’), look inside to see La Lopez bring it on the floor like only she can:

Kelly Clarkson may be spending most of her time on NBC’s ‘The Voice’ as a coach for up-and-coming talent, but that certainly hasn’t stopped her heels from clacking on the promo trail in support of her own latest album, ‘The Meaning of Life.’

The set itself made an impressive #2 debut on the Billboard 200 upon its October 2017 release (click here to read more on that), but – despite seeing its lead single ‘Love So Soft’ reach Gold status – has yet to yield a top 40 hit on the Hot 100.   After ‘Soft’ and its follow-up, ‘Move You,’ will the third time be the charm?

We sure hope so.  In a bid to help push it up charts, Clarkson took to ‘Ellen’ today (April 26) to give fans a live taste of her latest single, ‘I Don’t Think About You,’ and even flex her comedy skills with a few skits.

Much mystique has surrounded Janelle Monae ever since she burst onto the scene.

For, while her contemporaries used their bodies and tabloid headlines to advance their careers, she’s remained fiercely private and instead let her artistic output do the talking.

However, on the eve of the release of new album ‘Dirty Computer,’ the 32-year-old is shattering the silence on one topic she’s been ever-evasive about – her sexuality.

Indeed, in the past when quizzed on the issue, she’s playfully issued responses such as “I only date androids.”

Not now, though. She’s speaking up and out in the newest issue of Rolling Stone (which she also covers)

Kanye West is using Twitter vent his every waking thought – including his support for US president Donald Trump.

As widely reported, his fans and contemporaries alike have responded with deep disappointment.

One of said folk includes John Legend – who’s long been a friend and collaborator of West’s.

The ‘All Of Me’ singer reached out to the rapper to urge him to recant his statement.

For a moment in time, Kelis and Nas were considered couple goals and music royalty.

However, their acrimonious split – which has played out oh so publicly – has made clear that there was much more than met the eye with the union.

And while much of the discourse surrounding their divorce has centered on child support for their son Knight, Kelis has shockingly revealed that her rapper ex physically abused her.

Kanye West appeared to be auditioning for the ‘Get Out’ sequel live on Twitter last night, because the rapper was serving all sorts of sunken place.

In a stream of tweets that played out over the course of the entire day, Ye professed his love for his “brother” Donald Trump, slammed Barack Obama, and went on to slam those critiquing him for his views.

Naturally, his liberal leaning (and heavily Afro-American) support-base clapped back in disbelief. Even celebs added to the “why, Kanye?’ sentiment.

However, Yeezy did find support from…some. See what we mean below…

Jay-Z‘s critically acclaimed ‘4:44’ album was noteworthy not only because of the personal truths he shared, but also due to those of his mother revealed too.

On the much discussed track ‘Smile,’ Hov shared Gloria Carter‘s coming out story and she herself recited a spoken-word piece about her experience coming to terms with being a lesbian at the cut’s climax.

This resonated with many including LGBTQ advcocacy agency GLAAD who have announced that Carter will receive the Special Recognition Award at the upcoming GLAAD Media Awards.

‘Chun Li’, the smash hit single released by the rapper Nicki Minaj extended her lead as the longest-charting/highest-selling female rapper of all time when it soared to glory on charts globally.

Unfortunately, as addressed here many times before, the rapper’s reluctance to spend promote her material in the United Kingdom physically seems to lie at the heart of the track’s swift decline on iTunes UK.

Ouch!  ‘Me So Bad’ takes on new meaning after one glance at the first week sales of Tinashe‘s long-awaited sophomore album, ‘Joyride.’

The set – originally announced in early 2015 following the critical acclaim of her debut album ‘Aquarius’ – was preceded by a slew of Pop-flavored buzz tracks and singles before being completely revamped to the Urban reincarnation that hit shelves April 13th.  Lifted on the backs of the Offset-assisted ‘No Drama,’ ‘Me So Bad’ (featuring French Montana and Ty Dolla $ign), and the Future-enlisted ‘Faded Love,’ the nonperformance of the cuts on the Hot 100 seemed to be a precursor to the commercial failure of their parent set.

Against all odds and with the support of her patient fan base, T went to chart battle last week with ‘Joyride’ and was initially expected to shift 5-7k by the tracking week’s end (as we reported here).  Unfortunately, refreshed reports indicate she did not even meet industry analysts’ lowest expectations. Click inside to see just how many units ‘Joyride’ shifted from shelves:
