A world, which once saw her pitted against Faith Evans.

The ‘Love No Limit’ star was quizzed on the matter during her latest appearance on ‘The View‘ where she argued that Cardi is more than deserving of her Grammy she bagged at last week’s ceremony.

Big sister Toni in for the win!

The Grammy winning R&B songstress stepped in to defend sister Tamar Braxton after the ‘Love & War’ singer was under attack by Lindsay Lohan (as we reported here).  Lohan was none-too-pleased at news Tamar won the latest season of ‘Celebrity Big Brother,’ defeating her mother – Dina Lohan – in the process.

The result?  A social media slamming that saw the actress refer to Tamar as ‘conniving.’  See what happened below after Toni stepped in:

With every new report the stories surrounding the mysterious, alleged late January attack of singer/actor Jussie Smollett takes more twists and turns than a daytime soap opera.

As we previously reported, Chicago police originally stated there were no persons of interests discovered after reviewing hours of footage from “city street cams” near the location of the alleged incident.  Days later, they not only discovered two men but even made arrests in the days that followed that discovery.

Those first suspects – former ‘Empire’ actors – were released without charge in light of “new evidence.”  Now, CNN and a number of major outlets are reporting that new evidence revolves around an investigation that suggests Smollett orchestrated his own attack.  Details inside:

For, fresh from dropping new collaboration with Bruno Mars, Belcalis has seen the video for Blueface‘s ‘Thotiana’ remix make its debut.

With the original already a top 20 on the Billboard Hot 100, the refreshed version looks set to shoot the popular cut into the upper echelon of the charts.

As for Cardi’s contribution? She’s in raunchy form – both lyrically and visually.

The legal drama, which stars Emmy winner Viola Davis, follows a group of ambitious law students and their brilliant criminal defence professor.

A month after John Legend released the trailer for ‘Preach’ – his most cinematic visual yet – the clip has finally arrived in full.

“The idea behind the song is that sometimes we can get so frustrated by the news and what’s going on and there’s this scatter going on in ourselves,” Legend said in a statement. “Do we become apathetic? Do we become engaged? Do we just talk about it, or do we do something?”

The Dominique DeLeon-directed video takes a harrowing look at a handful of social issues in America including school shootings, law enforcement’s mistreatment of African Americans, children being separated from parents at the border and so much more.
