Music lovers who thought Kanye West‘s latest album, ‘The Life of Pablo,’ was dead on arrival after a mucky mess of a rollout will be stunned to know the album has been given a major lifeline.

For, after weeks of only being available via Tidal stream and his official web site, the Grammy winning rapper finally made the project accessible to Spotify, Pandora, and other major streaming vendors.

The result?

The streams alone will see him shoot to #1, as predicted, on next week’s refreshed Billboard 200!  Kanye isn’t exactly known for flashing an award-winning smile, but the news below just may give him new reason to today:

American Idol has introduced the world to a long list of talent during its 14 year run. Yet, season 3 undoubtedly launched the careers of two of R&B’s biggest names simultaneously.

Indeed, said instalment of Idol birthed the career of Jennifer Hudson and, of course, was one by Fantasia.

To celebrate the platform it all started on for them, the ladies united to perform ‘Bridge Over Troubled Water’ and ‘Remember The Music.’ They were joined by fellow season 3 contestant LaToya London (whose debut album ‘Love & Life’ remains so underrated a decade after its release).

Jennifer Lopez ain’t wasting no time with the promotion of her newest single ‘Ain’t Your Mama.’

After unveiling the song in full earlier today, it’s already received a live treatment via its official TV debut on tonight’s ‘American Idol’ finale.  Donning a French maid uniform, Miss Lopez definitely put in some major work on the ‘Idol’ stage, dancing up a storm to her new Dr. Luke-produced bop before switching gears to her early 2000s hit ‘Let’s Get Loud.’
