Despite boasting its lowest ratings in recent history, one thing the Grammys usually assures its performers is a reignition of interest in their respective projects.  And, as headliners Taylor Swift, Adele, The Weeknd, and Justin Bieber can now attest, this year was no exception.

For, in addition to our previous report of Adele recapturing the top spot with her record-breaking album ’25,’ its predecessor – ’21’ – makes its way back to the top 25 over five years after its debut.  Other notable upward moves come via Bieber’s comeback album ‘Purpose,’ Swift’s never dying ‘1989,’ Weeknd’s breakout project ‘Beauty Behind the Madness,’ and Kendrick Lamar (the night’s most talked about performer) with his ‘To Pimp A Butterfly’ LP.

Courtesy of Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande, Anne Hathaway, and a legion of fans and supporters, ‘Blow’ singer Ke$ha has been receiving a wealth of well-wishes following a devastating blow in court last week when her bid for release from her record contract with Dr. Luke and Sony Music was denied by a New York judge.

The lawsuit, which forms part of a bigger legal showdown that sees her allege sexual and mental abuse at the hands of the producer, has taken a number of turns since originally dominating headlines – the most recent coming thanks to a video from 2011 where the songstress swore under oath Luke had not drugged or abused her (seen after the jump).

While the mess only looks to get messier, fans have not ceased their outpouring of support for the embattled star.  A host of petitions, that have collectively amassed over 300,000 signatures, continue to gain attention from the media and Kesh alike.
