Joined by her artist Parker, the ‘Want Some More’ lyricist hit the club hours before tonight’s ceremony, where is expected to attend and- should her fans’ dreams and wishes come true- pick up an award or two.

If Rihanna excels at anything, it’s at being painfully mediocre.

As such, it baffles beyond belief that on the eve of a performance that could change her predicament, she shared a snap of herself smoking.

Perhaps exhausted with the wealth of (genuine) talent that surrounded her at the Roc Nation Pre-Grammy Brunch, the 26-year-old took to Instagram shortly after to proudly showcase herself puffing away.

Needless to say, her performance at tonight’s Grammy Awards should be all sorts of interesting.

Other names set to rock the stage include Beyonce, Madonna, Lady GaGa, Ariana Grande, Usher, and more.

As has become tradition, some of music’s hottest stars were in Los Angeles for Clive Davis’ annual Grammys Gala and Salute to Industry Icons.

A gathering of who’s who of any genre, the Pre-Grammy Party saw everyone from Miley Cyrus and Iggy Azalea to legends Toni Braxton, Mary J. Blige, and rub shoulders in preparation for music’s biggest night on Sunday.

The week has brought with it a fair share of scandalous headlines for ABC star Kerry Washington as fans continue chatter over her new cover for the March issue of ‘InStyle’ magazine.

After igniting days of debates and accusations of “skin lightening,” the rumors swirled to heights that caught the attention of the mag’s staff as well as the ‘Scandal’ star herself.

The countdown is on to the 2015 Grammy Awards!

Boasting performances from Beyonce, Madonna, and Lady GaGa, the show will also see Rihanna, Kanye West and Paul McCartney take to the stage to perform their struggling new single ‘FourFiveSeconds’.

Given how much hinges on the showing, the trio are reportedly rehearsing in earnest – a point Rih emphasised when posting the pic of their prep today.

As we’ve mentioned, the track showcases some of the worst corners of the Ms. Fenty’s vocals, hence tomorrow night should be uber interesting.

Last night saw the 46th Annual NAACP Image Awards take place in Los Angeles, California.

The event, which honors the outstanding achievements of people of color in film, television, music, and literature, was attended by a host of major names.

Indeed, gracing the red carpet were stars such as Kerry Washington, Gabrielle Union, Angela Bassett, and Taraji P. Henson – who scooped two of the night’s top awards.

Having steered the careers of many a major name to the top, L.A Reid is enjoying a fresh success with his current roster at Epic Records.

As such, it’s little surprise that the music industry veteran was all smiles as he hosted the label’s Pre-Grammy Awards gala.
