16 minutes was all Lizzo (born Melissa Jefferson) needed to drop jaws during her debut performance on NPR’s ‘Tiny Desk’ concert series.

As fans continue to boast and bump the new video for the bop that is ‘Tempo’ (click here to see), Jefferson’s moved on up to NPR to highlight other tracks from her major label debut, ‘Cuz I Love You.’

The 31-year-old’s been on a grueling promo schedule – one that’s seen her touch award shows, radio, TV, and more in support of the effort.  The visit to NPR comes as no departure as she’s currently in the middle of rehearsals for the next leg of her ‘Cuz I Love You’ Stateside tour (click here to see dates).

As the charts continue to suffer a shortage of competent male vocalists, T-Pain puts his best vocal foot forward for NPR’s All Songs Considered Tiny Desk concert series.

There, without the use of his longtime pal auto-tune, did Pain perform his hit singles ‘Buy You a Drank‘ and ‘Up Down‘, doing so in support of his greatest hits compilation album ‘T-Pain Presents Happy Hour, which touches down on November 4th.

Famed for everything but her vocals, the X Factor panelist – whose job it is to judge the voices of others every week – seems keen to prove her naysayers wrong. For, she has spontaneously served up a live cover of TLC’s ‘Unpretty’ and Beyonce’s ‘Pretty Hurts’, as she ramps up promo for her upcoming new album ‘Only Human’ (due November 10th).

Charli XCX pulled double duty on Saturday Night Live this evening.

Indeed, the eclectic Pop chanteuse hosted SNL and served as the episode’s musical guest.

In trademark form, the star brought the quirk, hilarity, and buckets of charisma to the appearance – diving all the way into the show’s many skits.

Naturally, Charli celebrated what was an unprecedented year of success, mobilized in earnest by the BRAT Summer movement that catapulted her ‘BRAT’ album to the upper reaches of charts worldwide.

The night also saw the Brit belt out ‘360’ and ‘Sympathy is a Knife.’
