Jason Derulo is bringing the EDM fire with brand new single ‘The Other Side’, lifted from his forthcoming album set to touch down later on this year.

Tonight, before the full song airs on Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS FM on Tuesday, the ‘Breathing’ star shared a teaser from the cut and its supporting video with the world.

In all honesty, after hearing a snippet of the song we have to say we’re kinda sold on it and hope it fares just as well as it sounds.

A new Janelle Monae album is on the way!

Yes, following the 2010 release of ‘The ArchAndroid (Suites II and III)’, the ‘Peachtree Blues’ singer is now gearing up to launch its follow up, named….’The Electric Lady‘.

Before that, she plans to unveil its lead single. A single, featuring none other than ‘You Got Me‘ vocalist Erykah Badu.

As she continues building her brand new album, ‘He Loves Me‘ beauty Jill Scott made her way to South Africa recently to perform at the ‘Cape Town International Jazz Festival’, storming the event with a killer performance of ‘It’s Love‘ and a collection of her most celebrated numbers.

Much like our ‘Retro Rewind’ and ‘From the Vault’ segments, readers of That Grape Juice know what avid music lovers we are – especially of hits past.  So in a quest to re-spin the gems and jams of yesterday we introduced a new retrospective segment – ‘TGJ Replay’.

Justin Bieber Fever may be dimming these days, but the teen star is eager to show and prove that his “global” status remains intact.

Case, point, the video for his aptly titled song ‘All Around The World’.

Unveiled moments ago, the clip is the latest to be lifted from the original (not acoustic) version of the 19-year-old’s third studio album ‘Believe’.

To the world, she’s an icon, a Pop queen, and in many ways…other-worldy.

Yet few see what goes into the making of Beyonce, and even fewer are privy to be part of the process.

Acclaimed Creative Director Frank Gatson Jr. belongs to the latter and has been an integral component of ‘Beyonce – The Performer’ from her early Destiny’s Child days right through to her ‘Grown Woman’ status of today.

And while details surrounding King B’s new ‘Mrs. Carter Show World Tour’ have been soaked in secrecy, the key players in the trek – Gatson and her team of dancers (some familiar, some new) – have spoken to Dance Spirit magazine about what the build-up to the tour has been like.

As far as the critics go, Cassie has scored a winner with brand new mix tape ‘Rocka Bye baby’. 

Of course, while her vocal limitations will see her struggle to deliver its gems live, there’s no doubt this release has made the wait for her return well worth it.

Thematically deep enough to be taken seriously by the Hipsters but catchy enough to have the Pop fiends swooning, there’s a lot R&B’s leading ladies could learn from the project.

So, after giving it a few spins here, we decided to share one of our favorite songs from it with you guys today.

When he isn’t crafting cuts for Chris Brown, Eric Bellinger is hard at work on his own material- readying the release of new mix tape ‘Born II Sing, Vol. 3′  for this monday.
