After scoring a number of endorsements from Beyonce, Jay Z and Prince, Rita Ora has found a new fan in Barack Obama, the President of the United States.

That’s right, after learning of her success in the United Kingdom and her rising star in markets near and far, Obama enjoyed Ora’s company at 014 TNT Christmas in Washington event at the National Building Museum.

There, she performed the President and his wife Michelle Obama and rubbed shoulders with Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson in a Ralph & Russo black gown.

Should info recently spilled to TGJ prove to be true, the chart-slayer that is Rita Ora is playing no games in recording sessions for her US debut, recording material set to make her the envy of many a sales-thirsty Pop star.

However, we doubt they’d be able to deliver performances half as good as Rita’s even if they were given the tracks, unable to match the level of fire she served up when she performed at the Z100 NYC Jingle Ball recently.

Marking her third studio album in four years, the project now sits atop a list which holds J. One year after Sam Bailey was crowned the winner of the ‘X Factor UK 2013‘, Pop Rock singer Ben Haenow has beaten Urban Pop singer Fleur East to win this year’s show, bagging himself a contract with Sony Music Entertainment.

His win sees him follow in the footsteps of previous winners Alexandra Burke, Leona Lewis and ‘Suicide’ performer James Arthur, all of whom went onto release chart-topping solo albums under the tutelage of ‘Syco’ exec Simon Cowell, also a judge on the hit series.
