As the fanfare that accompanied its premiere dies down, talk of Shakira and Rihanna’s ‘Can’t Remember To Forget You’ duet is finding itself on the up-and-up along controversy’s row.

Indeed, shortly after the Roc Nation duo learned of their respective nominations at the 2014 Billboard Latin Music Awards, they were slammed with reports of “promoting lesbianism” for scenes found aboard their debut duet video.

With the visual listed as a “danger to children” in Shaki’s home of Colombia, a petition has been ignited to have the video banned…

‘Grand Champ’ rapper DMX is soon looking to live up to that titling as anticipation builds for his celebrity boxing match with George Zimmerman.

As reported here, DMX was one of 15,000 candidates who signed up to fight the infamous Florida neighborhood watchman via a televised boxing bout.  After being selected by the fight’s promoter, a rep for the rapper reported that details are still being negotiated regarding the ‘Who We Be’ beau’s pay, etc.

Negotiations or not, however, that hasn’t stopped X – born Earl Simmons – from speaking out about the pending bout. Hear his fiery bark below:

Toni Braxton and Babyface‘s new album ‘Love, Marriage, & Divorce’ has been on replay here at TGJ HQ – and with good reason. It’s amazing.

With praise aplenty flocking in from critics and fans alike, the duo are clearly onto a winner with the ‘Hurt You’ led set – which is currently making a beeline for the top spot on next week’s Billboard 200.

Clearly not wanting to rest on their laurels, the pair stopped by Good Morning America today to perform album cut ‘Where Did We Go Wrong’.

Shortly before it returns to VH1 via ‘Monami Entertainment’, hit Reality-TV series ‘Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’ dominated headlines yesterday, when reports of a bloody brawl involving ‘Shotz‘ performer Joseline Hernandez and ‘A Girl Has Needs’ vocalist Karlie Redd emerged here.

Today, footage from the showdown has unearthed, shot by a member of the general public who witnessed the incident, and subsequently handed the ‘TV gold’ to Entertainment outlet, TMZ.
