Rihanna was spotted at the Clippers game in the Staples Centre recently. The Bajan is set to hit the radio with 3 different singles in the coming weeks on her song ‘S&M’, Nicki Minaj’s ‘Fly’ and Kanye West’s ‘All of the Lights’. Peep more images below:
Another track from Lil Kim surfaced today. ‘6 Foot 7 Foot (Remix) (Ft. IRS)’ is the former top-selling rapper’s spin on Lil Wayne’s smash hit of the same name. Listen to the record below:
Cher Lloyd‘s team appear to be pulling out all the stops to ensure the singer’s debut album is a winner. Currently recording in Los Angeles, the 17 year old X Factor star today Tweeted the image above, of her and rapper Lil’ Wayne in the studio together. The Hip-Hop heavyweight joins a host of A-listers set to feature on the project; a list which includes will.i.am and RedOne. Reliable word has it the LP will be released later this year via Syco/Sony Music, as opposed to Roc Nation/Sony Music as first reported.
While the contrived nature of Lloyd’s X Factor stint makes it easy to be cynical (about her material), we’ll wait to hear what she’ll be serving up before passing judgement.
What’s the first thing you do when released from a mental facility? Why, of course, have an ice-cream cone tattooed onto your face. At least that was the thought-process of rapper Gucci Mane – who, upon completing a stint at mental rehab, hit up the tattoo parlour to get inked in the face. {Source: The YBF}
I’m all for freedom of expression, but….no. Just no.
When will Gucci, Lil’ Wayne, and co, realise that this is not a good look now, speak less of when they hit their 40’s, 50’s, and so on. Ugh.
Here is Lil Kim‘s long-awaited new single. ‘Clap Clap’ features the IRS and will receive video treatment along with the Nicki Minaj diss track, ‘Black Friday’. Give it a listen below:
Trey Songz is preparing to hit the road for his 4th tour in little over a year. The singer will launch the ‘Love Faces’ mini tour on February 11th in New York to promote his ‘Passion, Pain & Pleasure’ LP which took an embarrassing 3 months to be certified gold despite extensive media campaigns and several major television appearances.

A record was broken this week on the Billboard 200 but it’s not the type of feat that artists would hope to achieve. With album sales continuing their downward spiral, even the music industry’s reigning chart titan, Taylor Swift, couldn’t make a big enough impact to save the day.
BET and the cast of ‘The Game’ will no doubt be celebrating today. For the show’s much anticipated 4th season premiere (and BET debut) last night has made ratings history.

Albums, singles, DVD’s, clothing, pencil cases, jewelry and even nail polish. Just a few of the products Justin Bieber‘s name has been attached to. With time and puberty proven waiters for no one, the teen-wonder’s team appear adamant on cashing-in on the star’s astronomical success while the going’s good. Hence next on the agenda, as earlier reported, is docu-movie ‘Never Say Never’ – which chronicles the 16 year old’s rise to fame and apparent ‘hardships’.
Set to hit theatres next month, a new clip from the movie has surfaced. Check out the hilarity after the jump…
Time sure passes with the swiftness when out of the spotlight. Case, point, example, Keisha Buchanan. It’s been 18 months since the former Sugababes lead was controversially ousted from the group, and pressured into solodom.
Having signed to Island/Universal Music immediately following the split, Buchanan has been working on her solo debut in the US – the fruits of which have begun to surface. Cue ‘Under Control’.
While little is known about the track, which appears to be in demo form, it serves as the first offering from one of the UK’s most recognisable voices.
