Beyonce and Michelle Williams joined Ms. Kelly for a dinner toasting her latest trip around the sun.

The ladies have long been vocal about the enduring nature of their sisterhood and it’s clear that the DC bond is tighter than ever.

‘Ignition‘ hitmaker R. Kelly may have ignited a legal campaign to be freed from his current 30-year prison sentence for racketeering and sex trafficking, but a New York appeals court was none-too-impressed as evidenced by their denial of his appeal on Wednesday (February 12).

“We have considered all the arguments presented by Kelly on appeal and concluded they are without merit,” the decision read according to online court records.

The news served as a crushing blow for the embattled R&B star, but his lawyer – Jennifer Bonjean – suggests the fight for his freedom is far from over.
